I have been living in 60 jerome crescent for almost 1 year now. In august(6 months after moving in) i woke up with bites on my arm. Told building super and she promptly got me on the list for an exterminator. He came in to my apartment and looked and told me there was nothing. I insisted that there had to be something. He kept looking. He finally found one on my bedding. I was set up to get sprayed and they came. sprayed. 2 weeks later. sprayed again. 2 weeks later sprayed again. 2 months passed. ive seen nothing. The pest control guy came back. Immediately found one. Set me up to spray again. and then 2 weeks later again. I asked in office if the people around have been checked. She claims yes. But gotta be honest. not really believing this. I have been sprayed 6 times in 6 months. I do not bring furniture in from outside. I do not go travelling. I do not have many visitors in my apartment. I am now living out of garbage bags on my balcony. Will not bring in any of my items. I have thrown out most of my things. The girl that runs this building acts like I am the only one out of 225 apartments that is having any issues with bedbugs and that I am personally responsible. I moved here from a single family home that I lived in for 10 years and never had to deal with this. This building looks great from afar but once you are here. be prepared to throw out everything and live off your balcony.
