Woke up after the first night (11/30/18-12/1/18) with bed bug bites, i knew this because I’ve been bit before and i break out in hives as I’m allergic to them. I found a bed bug under my pillow. We went to the front desk to inform them and ask for a room switch. They didn’t say sorry or anything, acted like it was a inconvenience for them to switch our room. We were just going to switch rooms after we came back, we had somewhere to be at a certain time. And the said we had to do it right now because they needed to sell that room, which tells me right there they know this is an issue and they don’t care. Our friends in another room also got bit and found a bed bug. So we got into our new room after we came back, i ripped he beds and pillow cases apart to check if i could find anything. I didn’t. So i layed down for a nap. I couldn’t sleep i was too freaked out so i get up and get a shower and start itching s different location on my arm, and what do you know another bed bug bite. This is a new room on another floor. You can’t tell me this place isn’t infested, bed bugs multiply quickly. I have pictures in my phone and our friends in the other room have a video of one alive crawling on the bed.
