Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We found bed bugs in our hotel bed the morning we were leaving the hotel (Friday, November 9, 2018) We captured the 3 bugs (took photos of them) and put them into a cup to take to the front desk. The front desk staff did not seemed concerned at all. She did not apologize and just took the cup from us. A half an hour later (after we had all our belongings sealed in bags) we went to the front desk to follow up with how the situation was being handled. The same woman told us that she had not had time to do anything about it yet or report it to the manager, who we were told "was not in yet" Again, no apology from any staff. We left shortly after that without any sense or indication that the situation was going to be handled in any way. We will never stay there again and would recommend that everyone stay away from this hotel.
