I checked in 11/02/2018 & checked out on 11/04/2018 the morning I checked out I started itching by my elbows only to find I had multiple bites. After counting them all, including on my hand, leg, ankle and back I had OVER 30 bug bites!!! I called to speak to manager but I was told he wasn't available.

I stayed at this hotel from 3/16 - 3/20, 2019. My right hand,the back of my right hand was bit by a bed bug on 3/19 night. My right hand was red inflamed and itch very much. I could not sleep whole night. My husband catch a bug on one side of the bed next morning and then we told the front desk about my situation, however, the management of this hotel has a very bad attitude. They refused to admit that their room had bedbugs. They treated me very rudely. They said they did not care we disclosed about this to Facebook, Twitter... I can provide the photo of my injured hand if allow me to submit the photos. That was my very bad experience in this hotel. Finally, I have to see my doctor and took the medicine for a couple of days.
