Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

10/13/18 9am. Found bedbug on curtain. Captured in a cup, verified it was a bed bug. Went to front desk to show them and discuss options. We were immediately refunded for the previous night and decided to check out, so the pre authorization for tonight was canceled with no problem. We received this information in writing from the front desk.

August 23, 2023 Found a bed bug on pillow at 9:45 pm. Report it to front desk and asked for refund. They said we had to talk to management the next morning after 10. It is 2 days later and I am still trying to get ahold of someone.
