I checked in around 9:15 PM. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I checked the room and found weird things about the beds. One bed had an odd solo pillow out of 3 that had a zipper encasement zippered over it. The other bed had a small brown stain on the box spring and had a dark gray stain about the size of 2 quarters on it. When I looked under the box spring I found what looked like powder on the metal frame and discovered part of the cloth on the bottom of the box spring had been cut open in one corner. I went down to the desk and their associate Paige refused to move me rooms to a different floor. She also refused a refund claiming the 30 minutes I had been there since checking in was "too long". I called Marriott corporate who informed me Paige's actions are contrary to their corporate policy. I started a case # with Marriott corporate and was on hold for 2 hours waiting for customer support.
