Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Bites were on feet, for all guests in the house. We photographed bedbugs - live and moving around - they were found underneath the mattress. The host - at first denied the allegation and accused us of falsifying it. he then came to the house, and upon showing him a bedbug from the bed - still denied it - until it started walking across my palm - at which point he admitted to the infestation - and later denied it again. I would advise avoiding until evidence of true pest control is done. He submitted a inspection that claimed there were none - when he himself held them in his own hand. There is no question of his dishonesty and carelessness.
