Saturday September 15,2018 at 5:20 am I woke up with bites all over my arm. When I looked over on the pillow I saw a brownish red bug crawling. I shouted out to my boyfriend and he ran over to the bed and said that's a bed bug and killed it. Then he went downstairs to report to front desk. He was told nothing could be done until maintenance arrived, at 9:30am. Around 10:30 am we called back downstairs to check on status and was told they could not switch us a different room. My boyfriend went downstairs to talk to manager. While downstairs I saw a live bug crawling on the pillow I was sleeping on and one on the blanket. I immediately called downstairs and told them the room and the man said he would send someone up. Not even 10 minutes later the manager came up to the door and told us we had to check out as he was tired of us complaining. We asked for a full refund and we would leave, the owner stated he couldn't, so we refuse to leave until the address the issues.

On November 5th, 2020 at 8pm I checked in to this hotel. I stayed approximately 5hrs in the hotel at woke up at 1am to and allergic reaction caused by a bed bug bite on my forearm. I quickly turned on the light and visible saw the bed bug. I immediately checked out as I was with my toddler who was getting bit as well. The front clerk stated management would be back in the morning and there was nothing she could do. I called the next day (nov 6th) and management stated that a pest service would be coming to inspect the room on Nov 9th and that he could not issue a refund until they “go through the proper steps” of verifying it does have bed bugs. It is now November 12th and nothing has been done. Upon further research of reviews online I saw management is combative of anyone that does mention they had bed bugs in their room. These reviews are from room on different floors as well. This place is infested
