Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

August 2, 2018. Went to bed at 10:30pm, and awoke at 1:30am to feeling of being bitten. Turned on light to see at least a dozen bed bugs in sheets, blanket, and pillow. Took numerous photos & video, and collected 2 adult bed bugs in a zip-lock to show management. Front desk person was apologetic and said that she would inform hotel owners. Additionally, she said that I would not be charged for the room, but currently the transaction on my credit card is still pending. Photos & videos of bed bugs, as well as photos of my numerous bites are being emailed to the hotel.
