I stayed at the hotel on Thursday, July 12 and Friday, July13, 2018. I noticed a few bites on my right arm the first morning, but wrote them off as normal bug bites. Then on Friday, I noticed more on my other arm and my abdomen. More and more appeared over the next two days (which is common for them to appear days after being bitten). I called and reported the problem to a woman and I also emailed her photos of my bites. She said the room would be cordoned off and inspected by professionals. She said she would contact me again. She did not. So after 24 hours, I called again and left two messages for the General Manager and didn't hear back. The next day I got Andrew, the Guest Relations Manager. He informed me that they couldn't get into the room because it was occupied. (!!!). I had a lengthy conversation with him and told him how shocked I was that they booked the room and also that the GM had not returned my calls. She called yesterday to say she was going to call in the Exterminator and I asked if she would send me the report of what they found. I did not hear from her today.
