May 9, 2018 6:15pm Checked into the hotel to find a bug crawling on the comforter.i took a picture of it and immediately left the room to report to the management. They did not seem concerned nor apologetic. They offered another room however the staff was so non plused by it I do not feel comfortable that another room will be bug free. Trying to find another room without a history of bed bugs:::

stayed for a business meeting on 7/30. Went to bed right around midnight and woke up a little after 3AM with bites on my neck and face. Caught a bedbug scrambling away on the bed when i turned on the light. Showered and left hotel room, notified front desk. They helped me find some benadryl for the swelling but did not offer to help clean my clothes, comp my room or anything else. To my disappointment, i was never contacted by hotel management either. I proactively contacted them 2 weeks ago and requested an incident report but have not received one, which leads me to believe that nothing was done to mediate. My ONE request of them when i checked out was that they not put anyone in that room until they treated it. I do not believe they fulfilled this request which is VERY displeasing. I would not stay here again.
