I stayed in this hotel for two nights - the weekend of Oct. 6th - 8th, 2017. Both mornings when I woke up, I had bites on my feet and ankles. My feet were swollen twice the normal size. When I checked into the room, there was an insect on one of the towels. I found an insect in the bathtub. An insect flew out of the bed one night when I pulled back the covers. The room was poorly maintained and dirty. The drains in the bathtub/sinks were peeling and molding. There was trash on the floor. I showed pictures of all of this to the front desk stuff. The front desk manager, Ruza Miller, had me e-mail her the pictures. I obtained a full refund of my stay, but I have a small bump that needs to be removed from my leg where I scratched the bites so hard. The hotel will not take responsibility for the insects in the hotel. There are numerous reviews on Trip Adviser, and on Travelocity, where guests have said they were eaten alive by bedbugs, that h/she found a roach in h/her bed, h/her room, ants, etc. The hotel seems to have a problem with insects. People report the hotel smells musty and has mold. Read the one and two star reviews on these sites.
