On 4/21 I had noticed bites on my body. I talked to other neighbors on 4/22 just to find out that there are other units infested with bedbugs, which had me thinking that I may have those also. I had looked for any insects at home and didn't find any. I called the office on Monday 4/23 and they sent a crew that same day. Unfortunately, I was at work and I didn't see what the exterminators did, but I didn't see any chemicals or nothing was sprayed. I only saw a letter stating that they did enter my unit. I called the office where I found out that it was a dissolving chemical. I don't know at this point whom to trust. Half of the building is infested along with the adjacent building 6021 N Winthrop. I want to report them cause I feel like that Property Mgmt group has not been responsive and has been literally disregarding any requests from the tenants.
