Bedbug Reviews

Anonymous

I checked into the Ramada March 22 2018. I always look for bugs in the mattress head board etc. Around 11pm I notice a dead bug on the floor and bent down to take a look. It was a bed bug carcass. I immediately called down and the from desk said they would send someone up. The maintenance man had left. Alittle worried I made a deeper inspection. As I swiped my flashlight along the corner of the room something moved. This was an adult bed bug. I immediately killed it and went to the front. I was told the hotel was booked but the floor I was on had problems. This is a active bed bug floor being rented to paying customers. I stored my bag in the hotel lobby office and wrapped my other belongings in a trash bag and sealed it. The front desk workers know what’s going on. There is no other room available in the area. After I realize I’m staying for the night I go to brush my teeth and there’s another large bug crawling up the shower wall, this time a roach. I’m now trying to rest with all my lights on personal belongings in trash bags or out of the room, it’s 1:40am.
