Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Bed bug found on the second night of our stay on 3/2 at 11:30pm. The bug was found crawling on the pull out sofa couch bed. I immediately place the bug in a glass cup. I called the front desk and the lady was not really interested in helping us. We walked down with the bug and told them something needs to be done. The lady said her manger wasn’t there so there was nothing she could do with us. She said she couldn’t change us rooms because there were no rooms left. We had to ask for new sheets for the couch. The next morning, after making us sleep in the room with bed bugs, the manager was present for us to talk to. They still didn’t seemed concerned and we had to tell them we need our clothes treated and a new room. They finally treated our clothes and moved us into a new room. They told us they inspected room 204 and did not find any more bugs but they decided to throw away the couch.
