Checked into room 134 on Sep 15, 2017. Notice new bite marks on my arms a week and a half later. New to the area and thought it was mosquito bites. Notice multiple new bite marks on my arms, hands, shoulders, and chest on Sep 28, 2017. Very itchy. Reported to the front desk on Sep 29, 2017. Told it could be fleas. Was moved to room 133 and given quarters to wash my clothes. Checked out of hotel on Oct 2, 2017. Room 134 was confirmed to have bedbugs on or around Oct 2-3, 2017. Was told to expect a phone call regarding room 133 to ensure that room didn't have bedbugs either. Was only refunded 3 days plus 4 days I paid upfront due to delay reporting according to the insurance agent. Complain and currently waiting for a $200 check for medical fees. Customer service was horrible. No one seem to care. Left multiple messages and voice-mails and literally had to call every other day until manager or insurance agent picked up the phone directly. Had to throw out my luggage because no one would return my phone calls regarding room 133. Called Orkin to inspect my AirBNB because experience new bite marks after a week of checking out of hotel. Now I'm left with scaring from the bite marks and phobia of staying on hotels. Please DO NOT STAY here!
