I moved in on 10/14/18 and found dark spots in my bedroom I thought was mold. On 10/15/18 i reported the spots to the office. On 10/16/18 i found a bed bug in my bathroom. I looked at the dark spots in my bedroom and it was a nest of bedbugs in 2 corners of the room. I emailed the office that same evening. I woke up on 10/17/18 with bites all over my neck and legs. My kids had bites all over their arms. I went to the office at 9:01am on 10/17/18 to demand answers. Jay the office person said he would call pest control and have them inspect. On 10/18/18 I got a call that the apartment was going to be treatment. I let them know that I need to do the prep for treatment and that was not done. They told me to reschedule when I was ready. Treatment happened on 10/20/18. As of today 11/01/2018 we are all still getting bites and finding live activity all over our apartment.
