We checked into our room 9-30-17 , Room 101 . We've stayed here numerous times and not any problems. Within 4-5 hours after we checked in yesterday evening , we noticed a bed bug on side of the sheet. Called the office and within 15 min. we say 2 more. They offered us another room, but who would want to take a chance. Our years of staying at Angel Inn Central Branson is over. We Will NOT be staying at any of the Angel Inn Hotels in the future.

Woke up to bedbugs in room 279. Worker said that is the risk you take when you travel. October 20 checked in 21 checked out ruined our entire trip !!!

Arrived on 4/27/2018, checked out on 4/29/2018. Everything was fine till I woke up Sunday morning with a few bites on me. The last thing I thought was bed bugs but I showed the front desk attendant and she offered to take off one night stay due to bites and toilet not working properly. But the bite marks continued to show up throughout the day on Sunday, they became so bad that I had to go to the doctors to get steroids, antibiotics, and a cream. My doctor stated I was highly allergic and having a server reaction. The hotel manager was less than helpful in this matter, basically said I was lying and does not want to reimburse me. She stated that we are not the only hotel in Branson with bedbugs. So, she feels she should not compensate. I asked for my rooms to be reimbursed and the money I was out for lost wages, doctor visit, and medicine, only $84, plus room fees, her solution was to give me a free night stay, really, like I would ever want to stay in your bug infested hotel again, no thanks.

We stayed here 6/11 to 6/14 and left at 4:30 in the morning due to bed bugs. The first two nights we woke up with bites but didnt know what they were from. On the third night I squished a bug ,that was in the bed I was sharing with my five month old son, and it left a giant blood stain. After googling it we confirmed it was bed bugs. Before we left we killed two more. All full of blood. When we left the front desk was closed so we left an email exmpaining what happened and we have yet to hear back from them.
