9/22/17 stayed in rm 477 woke up with about 40 bites. Messaged the hotel and they called back and said they did in fact find bed bugs in the room

We stayed at Zenders this past weekend - 12/13/19 thru 12/15/19. Room 276 found three bed bugs were found and confirmed. we were immediately transferred us to another room for the evening. The next day they treated all of our luggage, folded all of it and delivered it to our new room. They comped the entire weekend for our family! Unfortunately these things happen, most often brought in by the people staying at the hotel. Staff went above and beyond, very pleased with how they handles the situation!

On April 11 2019 my family stayed at splash village for one night. The next morning I woke up with 12 bites on my back and stomach which I was sure they were bed bugs. No one else got bit but me as I was the only one to sleep under covers my kids had their own blankets. We quickly packed up our stuff and went to front desk to check out and confront the front desk about my bites. The manager did not look surprised when I told him I woke up with bites. He told us he would have someone inspect our room and to check back with front desk before we leave. The manager informed us nothing was found in our room but I was not convinced of that considering I was itching all over. Nothing was offered to us for any inconvenience. We go there at least three times a year with our children and never had problems. Check your beds cause I have had to wash and throw things away to insure we did not bring them home. Needless to say I am not pleased with them and probably will never go back. So disgusted!!!!
