On 9/13/2017 I checked into Extended Stay America on Sycamore Diary Rd. Room 104. That night my daughter and I began itching. Called the front desk and asked for more sheets plus went to the Dollar Tree and purchased cleaning products. I cleaned the kitchen really good and wiped the seats and table in living area. The next morning we still had itching. Later in the evening my daughter says mommy I have a bump on my neck and leg. I stated I had three on my arm. When I awoke there was 3 on the other arm plus 3 on my face. Went to front desk and told that we continue itch and I wanted new sheets. He apologized and gave me sheets. At that time I ripped all the linen off my bed and noticed that spotting. Sprayed it down, toweled dried it and vacuum the whole room twice. The next day I spoke to front desk again where he apologized and gave me clean sheet and blanket. Was so frustrated I left most of the day and waiting to hear from management.
