!!!BED BUGS!!!.....1st let's talk about the manager. Went down to speak with her about issues that everyone in our group had with their rooms. That led to the biggest find of the night BED BUGS in room 310 THE SUITE and room 224. In our room 102 we inspected for bed bugs after our family found them in their rooms. We discovered a toboggan in the under bedding and crumbs in the sheets and what looked like crusted peanut butter on the under side of the comforter. When I went to discuss this with the manager she immediately became hostile. I asked why she was being so rude and she told me I was accusing them of bed bugs and she said that it was not true. she went on to say that the rooms are always cleaned properly and that I was making up stories. I told her that I had pictures of them on my phone and she told me I could have gotten pictures on the internet. She then walked off. Upon checking out we spoke to the desk clerk . She advised the same as Mgr, that the pictures could have come from the internet. However clerk was willing to go into the rooms to inspect the beds with us. We first went in room 224 and did not find any at that time and the room had just been cleaned however we have a picture from the night before with one on the comforter. We then went into room 310 and clerk found the first bed bug and then I pointed out several others. When dealing with clerk she was defensive but professional until we found the bed bugs. When we got back down stairs clerk went to tell the manager about the bed bugs. Mgr never stepped out of the office to address the situation which further speaks to the level of her unprofessionalism. We do not know any of the employees nor have we ever met them. We live 2 hours north.

I woke up at 4 am on march 20th 2019 to find bed bugs on the pillows i was sleeping on, I immediately packed my belongings and left for the front desk and reported the issue. Later the general manager, refused to refund the money for the room and actually charged me another 150 dollars as a cleaning fee?!
