11p July 25,2017 After complaints of bites&itching from both my 12 year old daughter and also a friend of ours; that stayed over with us,I started searching the mattresses and headboards. Sure enough I found lots of clusters of them in the corners of the box spring. Some were even moving. I then took pictures which ended up being useless because when I reported it to the front office they didn't even ask to see any evidence of them. The guy at the front desk said it was too late to move us and that they didn't have a room to move us to.We would have to wait till the following morning.(We slept on floor). 9a July 26,2017 After packing up our things I then went to front desk to ask if the worker from the night before had reported our incident. They said yeah and asked if we could come back tomorrow or possibly in two days then they could have a room downstairs for us. No apologies and again didn't ask for any evidence of the bedbugs. After an hour they still haven't came up to the room to look for themselves.Infact their response was so nonchalant I almost feel as if they knew they had bed bugs before my stay. I really hope they take care of the problem before they rent this room out again.
