Myself and three friends stayed here in 2016. Upon entering our room, it seemed fine and tidy! I walked into the bathroom, there were dead cockroaches on the floor and in the tub. I called the front desk who said they'd bring someone down, all the maid did was wipe them out. Seriously! I then investigated the room more, and to my amazement bed bugs on the bed. I felt disgusting! I immediately took our bags out and our things and put them outside by the car, we threw away our suitcases and bagged up our clothes, in fear of bringing them with us. I went to the front office and asked for a refund because of the bugs, he told me no because we were in the room longer than two hours. Mind you we were in there maybe 30 minutes, mostly waiting for the maid! I told him he needed to give us a refund, after awhile he did!

On March 21st at 430 PM me my husband along with my brother and his wife got two rooms for the night rooms 105 and 101 at 515pm my sister in law called me to inform me that there are bed bugs in her room and to check mine I found them in mine as well we took pictures and reported it to the front desk management he proceeded to try to give us a different room We then told him that was unacceptable bed bugs are like cockroaches If there in one Room there in all the rooms and both of our rooms had them then he proceeded to tell us again that he would only pay as for half of what we paid instead of giving us our full amount of money. We called the police he still would not budge but this these be reported the place is disgusting.
