Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on July 11th 2017. My sister and I slept in the same bed and we both got bitten up that same night. The hotel was dirty and there were several dark spots on the sheets. We came home to find that some of the bedbugs had crawled into our luggage and now we have to disinfect our entire apartment. The staff handled this terribly and did not seem to care about our report or make a move to check over our room. Do not stay here, it is not worth it.

July 24th 1 a.m I woke up to feelings of itchiness on my arm. I was asleep with my 8 yr old daughter. At first I thought I might be overreacting but once I saw the bites show up on my arm I knew something was not right. I then woke my daughter up and decided to search the bed. Upon further inspection I found the bed bug. I took a video and immediately called the front desk. They switched my room and I called the booking service to alert them of the problem to make sure if I encountered another bite in the new room I could get a refund. I'm highly upset and anxious now since I cannot go back to sleep.
