Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Infestation was reported to the Muller 52 management company (Austin Manage) on 6/23/17. The representative stated that this was the responsibility of the tenant, per Texas housing regulations and that adjoining units in this multi-family dwelling would not be treated.

June 11, 2021 Been living here for years dealing with this bed bug problem. In 3 years weâ€™ve had 3 different managements all have hired the cheapest exterminators around that defiantly fight back the problem but not got rid of them all.. now they are wanting to make us pay for extermination that they were to cheap to hire a proper pest control. I know all my neighbors are dealing with it constantly.with all the rats and roaches too if this place wasnâ€™t so cheap they should be rented or demolished
