Woke up in the morning on 5/11 in our room 105, and the whole family had been bitten On our legs and our three year old son was the worst one, his legs were all swollen and looked terrible. I have pictures that I can send to you if you want me to. We had to go and buy Benadryl and hydrocortisone cream to help not itching and bleeding and to stop the allergic reaction he got. I went to the front desk and told them what happened and show them my sons legs and so they changed our room and we got another one upstairs on second floor room number 202. We changed room once again and this third room smelled a lot of Clorox and she said that it was because of the guest before us had made the room so dirty. They also told us that they will refund us for one of four nights and then they will give us all six free breakfast at a cafe two blocks from here the last morning before we are leaving for the cruise and that's it. Because if we wanted to have a full refund we could have that but then we just had to leave the hotel right away and find another hotel. But since we have kids and it was our last night we didn't want to go around town to look for another hotel and have to move all our stuff again.
