Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Occurred on 3/23/2017. We personally found 1 bed bug when we woke up. Afterwards reporting they first offered us that 1 night free even though we were scheduled for 4 nights totaled or to move to another location or to leave for the day while they heat treated the room. The exterminator company did find 1 other bug they said and did heat treatment and we decided to return as they assured this would be safe and effective. After complaining they refunded the entire stay which we thought was what should have been done to start with. After returning to a room still over 93 degrees a few hours after treatment we have not seem any signs or had any sightings of the bed bugs.

9/1/2023 10:00pm After bedbug sighting management response was for us to find a place to stay and they would investigate. I asked to move to another room and they refused saying we had already moved our belongings in and they didn't want the other units infested. We had not unpacked yet.
