We tried to check in to hotel but rooms weren't available at that time so we went to waterpark on the 26th of February. We played at the waterpark all day and check in around 7:30/8 pm. We ordered dinner & went to bed. The next morning we found a bed bugs crawling on the bed. We went to the front desk and asked for a manager. No manager was a available so we talked to the supervisor. She didn't seem too surprised by our finding. She said she couldn't refund the room because it was booked through travel agency. She asked what else she could do for us. We asked for trash bags to put our belongs in to transport home. After getting the bags & returning to our room to pack we received a call from the desk saying room service would come and put our things in the dryer. We waited 30+ minutes then called the front again. They said they would send room up. Two people came and took our clothes. They said they would be back in 10-15 minutes with our belongings. We loaded everything else in the van and took the kids to have some fun. The front desk called once more before we left & said lunch was on them at the Doubletree Hotel across the street. We returned an hour later & git our clothes then left.
