On Friday, January 31 at 230am, I called the front desk to report bed bugs. The clerk wrote it in the hotel log. The next morning, manager was told and nothing happened. Saturday afternoon, February 1, I met with the night desk clerk and she called the manager who said they have a new policy which is "if a guest has bed bugs in their room they must vacate the room and property. They are not moving people to another room". I was shocked and appalled at they're action and response. Basically they are saying they would not treat the room, so the guest needs to check out and leave the property. They are cheap and know they have a bed bug problem in the entire hotel, but will not fix it. This is the second time I've had bed bugs in the hotel. Before I was in room 4104. The entire building is infected with bed bugs. The guy next door to me had bed bugs before he moved out as well. The hotel is poorly managed and people need to know about bed bugs. The hotel died not throw away beds, they simply moved an infested bed to another room and rent it out to new guest. I have been at the front desk when another guest complained they had bed bugs. Horrible place! Saturday, February 1; I was told by manager and desk clerk I had to vacate that day and be out by 3pm. I left with no place to go.
