Bedbug Reviews

Anonymous

I moved into this apartment complex in October of 2015. Within 2 weeks I begin to notice strange bites after I woke up in the morning. I didn't think much of it until a couple weeks after that, when a co-worker of mine (we worked at a grocery store), who lives in the same apartment complex, told me she had found bed bugs in her apartment. Hers was a serious infestation. I had never seen a bedbug before, but sure enough, I went home and flipped over my mattress and saw one adult. I shared with her that I had found one in my apartment the next time I saw her. She then told me that her neighbors across the hallway had the same problem. She and I lived in different buildings of the same apartment complex. It's been one year and I have already had three treatments to try to get rid of the bed bugs, the last one was the first week of october 2016. I have tried to be more and more thorough with my pre-treatement preparations each time. But I have suspected from the beginning that the problem is far more extensive than can be cured just one apartment unit at a time. I recently found the bugs again in my kid's room, where they hadn't been before. It is a huge nightmare and I have no confidence that the current management will effectively handle the problem. She has tried to tell me that I must be getting the reinfestations from somewhere. I have been so careful that to this date none of my family or friends have shown any signs of an infestation. But when I went into her office a couple weeks after my last bedbug treatment, I saw a large pile of invoices from the pest control company sitting on her desk. I don't think they were treating for spiders.
