I stayed on the third floor, room 329, from November 9 to 12 2016. Bitten over 20 times. Contacted the hotel twice, have no heard back. Since then I found numerous similar complains on Yelp within the past month, on different floors.

6/30/20023 When ever I stay in Gilroy I stay here at the Forest Park Inn, it is usually a great place. But this last time was the worst stay I have ever, ever had at any hotel I have ever been and I have been in lot of hotels in the U.S. and other countries! 6/30/2023 @ around 1:43 a.m. in room 204. I was about to turn off the T.V. and used my flashlight to find the remote, and I seen a bug on the bed my son was sleeping on. I immediately started looking around the room, around the mattress, under the bed skirt in both beds and found a couple of bugs that were crawling around inside the zippered mattress cover of the bed my daughter was laying on. I went to look back at the bed my son was sleeping on and found another bug crawling on the bed skirt cover. I squished both bugs with a tissue. After that I called the front desk and told the lady on the phone that I found bedbugs! She said that’s a first in the year she has been working here, and that she will send up the security guard with keys for some other rooms so I can check them out and pick one to stay in. I had already woken the kids and we quickly grabbed our things and left the room! On the way out of the door there was a huge cockroach looking bug inside the room by the door! We met the security guard by the outside door and he escorted us to a few other rooms and after I checked the mattresses and behind and under the beds i picked one and left all my belongings in the bathtub! Since I had the kids and it was already almost 3am and I had a long drive the next morning, I decided to stay there. If it wasn’t so late I would have tried for a refund and left quick!! Hate that I had to have my kids walking from room to room that late!! Also, while moving beds and checking under mattresses, and behind furniture, I seen how filthy the rooms really are.
