Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We had a group of 13-14 rooms. We were in town for a kids softball tournament. In 4 of the rooms we found bed bugs, notified the front desk clerk, manager refused to talk to us told clerk to have us call Monday and he would resolve. I called 4 times Monday morning, no answer, called corporate filed a report. Received call from Terrell General Manager Vik, Says nothing he can do and if im not happy with his resolution to call back corporate. Have now called corporate 3 times and no answer. Do not stay at this hotel. I have pictures and videos of the bedbugs.
