Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1ST NIGHT IN ROOM 278 11/11/16 MY GRANDMOTHER FELT SOMETHING CRAWLING ON HER BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIND ANYTHING. THE MORNING OF 11/12/16 WHEN SHE AWOKE SHE FOUND A BEDBUG IN HER BED. THE BUG WAS CAPTURED AND TAKEN TO THE FRONT DESK. SHE WAS MOVED TO ROOM 279 IN THE HOTEL. SUNDAY MORNING MY MOTHER, IN ROOM 276 WAS SITTING ON THE BED, SHE WAS IN A 2 BED ROOM. MY MOTHER NOTICED SOMETHING SMALL AND BLACK MOVING UP THE SIDE OF THE BED SHE SLEPT IN. SHE WENT OVER AND NOTICED IT WAS A BED BUG. AGAIN THE BUG WAS CAPTURED AND TAKEN TO THE FRONT DESK. MY MOTHER SMASHED THE BUG AND BLOOD CAME OUT. SHE DOES HAVE SEVERAL BITES ON HER ARM. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED. A TRIP FROM CALIFORNIA TO ARIZONA HAS TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE FROM MY FAMILY. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE TENTED!!! THE HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND THE COST OF THE HOTEL!
