Stayed the night of Friday, Nov 4, 2016. Woke up at 5am to get ready for meeting at 6am. Noticed a hard, hot knot on my chin immediately. Turned on the light and looked in the mirror. Right side of my face covered including under my right eye which was swollen. 3 more bites on L shoulder, 1 on back, 1 on R upper breast, 3 on upper L wrist, 1 inside of R arm, numerous above R elbow. 8 total on R face. Pulled covers back, 1 dead under where I slept, 1 alive crawling. Checked mattress next to wall, 1 alive. Killed the two, took pictures with my phone, left notes by them. Since I had to be at the meeting at 6am, I did not have time to go to the front desk. I called at 3:10. A man with a middle eastern accent answered and said he would spray. I explained to him that was not enough, he kept blowing me off. I then told him I had reservations for Nov 18 and Dec 9 and to cancel them. He then asked me for what reason. Really!!! Today is the 3rd day with the bites, the one on my chin turned into a huge blister, all of the others itch like crazy.

At 9 pm found a bed bug crawling on my pillow. Took it to font desk still alive. Manager said I could move to queen bed (had king) or two fulls. Went into queen room where roaches scattered as soon as I flipped on bathroom light.
