Park Tower Inn- I removed the green cover from the box spring and found multiple bed bugs (small in size). I reported to clerk and was given a refund. This room (322) does have bed bugs. When inspected under the light on a white tissue, you can easily tell it was a bedbug.

On Wednesday morning 8/21 around 6:30 AM I pulled out my cell phone to text and saw this brownish/red bug in the bed that I was able to kill leaving behind a large spot of blood. I because very concerned about the possibility that it could be a bed bug. I contacted the front desk and asked if they were having issues with bed bugs. After speaking with the manager he reported the hotel was not having issues with bed bugs. I was asked if I saved the bug and then offered to move us to another room on a different floor or he could refund my money. After he reported no issues with bugs we moved our things to a different room/ different floor. I checked around the room and both beds with no signs of bugs. My gut was saying spray around the beds and walls. We left and went shopping for several hours. After returning we decided to do another quick check only to find that the spray had brought several out of hiding. I immediately called for the manager who was unavailable . The front desk gave a full refund.I emailed pictures to the manager who never responded. Giving a refund is easy for them because the rest of my vacation was trying to find a place to stay, sleepless nights washing laundry, shopping for everyone new pjs, spraying bed spray as not to contaminate another hotel not to mention my car.

Date12/31/19 @4am Woke up to daughter itching turned on light found a bedbug and her arm re she had been bit.She went downstairs to front desk to tell them and show them pictures.They said could switch rooms or offer only 25% discount. She came back up got my other 2 kids awake only to find other daughter had a bite mark and itching. Got them up and dressed to go down to front desk asked for manager they said no manager on duty. Told me could switch room or offer 25% discount. We were tired and I knew if bedbugs were there the hotel had to have more. We checked out at 4:45am only to sleep in car because they could not give cash refund.I didnt have money for another hotel. No manager has yet to contact me yet over the incident. We do have pictures of bugs and bite Mark's and swelling they have.
