We were admitted to the hotel yesterday and found a bed bug that night. No one take care us, and even the front desk told us that She don't care what happen we can leave , I have a bed bug and told the manager , she just returned to our room money, about my husband bite things regardless, said that is our responsibility and Our loss was nothing to do with her hotel.
