Last night me and my husband stay at the Comfort Suites on 12 Western Plaza Dr Amarillo TX Room 312 and about 11:30 my husband woke up to something biting him and so I got up and there were bed bugs all in our bed so at that time I didnt know what they were so I killed several and put on the channel lineup paper for my husband to take to the front desk so he very discreetly went downstairs and talked to the clerk and so she come up and checked our room and told us she thought they were ticks from a dog and moved us to room 425 and told us the boss would be there in the morning so in the morning my husband dropped me off at work and went back to talk to the boss Mrs Patel and she was very rude and told him that the room had been taken care of by 8AM? and that we were not getting our room for free she would lower the rate to 79.00 and thats all she could do but I have video of the bedbugs which after an internet search I know that is what they definitely are if you are interested in checking into this please let me know?

June 1st, 2023 Checked into the hotel late, around 10:30pm local. Immediately we started noticing problems with cleanliness of the hotel. Leaking ceilings in the lobby, half eaten food in the (room) fridge, etc. I was concerned about bugs, and made sure to thoroughly search all corners of the mattress, which turned up nothing. However, right before I turned out the lights, I noticed a bed bug on my pillow. Stay was a part of a tour group, so I didn't directly interact with hotel management, but I know that they [group] are looking to get a refund.
