At approximately 2:30 I experienced some itching on my arm. After the itching became intense and I realized there were 3 bumps on my arm. I then got up from the bed to exam it, only to realize there was a bed bud where I was lying. I captured the bug and reported it to the front desk where I was told that nothing could be done until the morning when the managers came in. Not to mention no room change was permitted at the time of the report. Made it clear that there was a child in the room on top of myself getting bitten. I was still told no change of room was allowed.
