This place is absolutely disgusting. Bloody mattress, no vinyl lining, bed bugs crawling in and out of everything, cockroaches everywhere, and $1800 a month is what they are asking now that i have moved in. Initially it was $1073 for a month, they disconnected my electricity after 4 days because i was "delinquent" in payment, when it is completely prepay by the week, i don't owe a payment for another 3 days. I informed the office of the disgusting filth and the bugs everywhere, and they became belligerent and acted highly irritated and said they would take care of it, that was 3 days ago. I have heard nothing since and have called repeatedly. I have never been so disgusted or disrespected in my life. Columbus Apartel - the office is located at 3688 Cleveland Ave. They advertise it as "pet friendly" but there is poison sprinkled everywhere to kill the roaches, and they never even bothered to clean out the piles of pesticide in the drawers that our clothes are supposed to go in. Unfit for business, Unsafe conditions, and unacceptable to the fullest possible extent. This place is not livable and needs to be exterminated along with it's parasitic pests. I almost forgot - there are very large holes in the kitchen wall that would allow your "pets" that they fully welcome to crawl into unsafe areas with toxic materials, ultimately endangering your animals as well as your health when you then touch the contaminated animals.
