On September 10 we checked in for just 1 night. Next morning 9/11, around 10am we checked out and on my way home I start noticing some rush on my body. My first thought was that it is an allergy to some food (I do have it sometimes). By the end of the day my whole body was covered with such rush. I took a antihistamine pill and went to bed. Next day 9/12 I went to the Urgent Care where was diagnosed with bedbug bites. Next morning on 9/13 I sent an email explaining pretty much the same conditions listed above. Next day, Stefan Oudalov, The Front Office Manager reply to me, stating that they can not do anything in regards to my complaint. Since this issue was not brought up to them during my stay or departure, but rather two days later, they can not assert that this actually happened at their property.
