Bedbug Reviews

Anonymous

I woke up to go to the restroom around 330 am, at ehich time i turned the light on. I noticed a small, moving, bright red critter making it's way across the bottom of my cover (where i had just gotten up from). I pulled the rest of the cover only to notice two small red critters and three large black ones scurrying. Photos and videos available. Went to check out immediately. No one was at the front desk. Went back to the room to call the front desk at ehich time the phone rang about 20 times before it was answered. Made my way to the lobby. Employee offered another room, however, was completely unapologetic and sympathetic. Unable to provide a refund stating i would have to contact the manager.
