recently stayed at this motel I found it online and it sounded like a nice place free breakfast wifi but while I was there my room was not very clean it's a pet friendly motel and it smelled of urine so I was moved to another room but while in this room as I was getting ready to sleep I was bitten a few times by bed bugs and this is the truth I swear I addressed the manager of it at the front office and she handed me a spray bottle of vinager shit u not and told me to spray the whole room with it at that I was very upset I met a few of the workers maids and they did what they could for me and I very much appreciated .... so thank you denise ... and.... Rachelle... but over all I will never come back to this place very dirty rude and uncomfortable with everything going on thire ......

Upon move in it was marked landlords knew of past infestations but also no current known infestations, neighbor of 222 rm said they did know that's why last tenant moved out. Thinking they dealt with the problem as law required I moved in BUT NOONE TOLD ME THERE WERE STILL BED BUGS IN THE ROOM! I WAKE UP TO KILLING BUGS ON MY NECK IN MY SLEEP, I LOOK LIKE A CHECKER BOARD AND THE ONLY ATTEMPT THEY DID WAS BOMB THE ROOM TWICE WITH HOT SHOT FROM Walmart. I WROTE TWICE A NOTICE INFORMING THEM ABOUT IT BED BUGS ARE STILL PRESENT IN MY ROOM, blood splatters, they are in the walls, in my bathroom, in my bathtub, etc.I'm making report this place has NOT FIXED THE ISSUE AND DID KNOW ABOUT IT BEFORE MOVING US IN AND ARE STILL MOVING PPL IN CURRENTLY While They KNOW ABOUT THE BED BUGS. MAKING NO MENTION TO NEW TENANTS ABOUT THE ISSUE. DON'T RENT HERE UNLESS Y'ALL GOT MONEY TO REPLACE EVERYTHING.... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, INSPECTED, OR BOMBED. Landlord refuses to comply with law to deal with issue legally as it is written to do so. The whole building needs to be bombed.
