I arrived late at night & was very tired, so I mentioned only that the room was dirty enough, but decided to stay because it was a late night. In the morning I found several insects in my bed, but I did not pay attention to it & left. A few hours later an extremely high itch began & I found out that whole my body was covered with bedbug bites. The hotel rejected my claim, so I'm looking for help right now for getting the refund & compensation. I have photos of my body after the issue it's really scary.

march 9,2017,At or around 10 pm in the night we checked into the oaks motel , and began unpacking our things . i then notice that the walls and the floors aren't swept and theres specs on the floor every where. so long story short we go to sleep for about three hours and i wake up to the sheet coming off the bottom of the bed and my ankles itching. i then try to fix the sheet and go back to sleep 30 minutes later waking up to alot of bites all over my arms and shoulder and stomach. we then go to office and report this to the manager and he gets upset saying we can have our money back which he gave us then he refused giving me a copy of my stay.he also made me sign a refund paper but he did not want to release that paper neither. now im looking into getitng a lawyer and get ting more information on how to go about his.
