Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1/28/22, evening. Found bedbug sitting on top of the sheets in our bed. Reported to front desk; they did not apologize or even seem concerned in any way. Other members of our group reported bloody sheets in their beds, likely from the previous occupant's bed bug bites. Sheets were not changed in between guests. Several members of our party found bed bugs in their beds also and left the hotel.

Checked into Country inn and suites at approx 5:45 PM, Dressed and went out for evening. After returning at 11:30, we turned down the bed and found what we believe to be bed bugs. The hotel refuses to admit a possible infestation claiming that the insects found were stink bugs but we have photos of the actual insects. Hotel refunded 1/2 of our paid in full stay but refuse any compensation for the first night and went as far as threatening arrest for comming in to discuss the dispute.

December 2nd and 3rd, 2023 - discovered bites and saw evidence of bed bugs, called the management and they said they would look into it, then they have ghosted me and refuse to respond to calls.
