Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Our group had 6 Rooms reserved for a weekend golf outing. Upon arrival on 8/5/16 I was the first of our group to check in. After noticing the room had a very bad odor of mildew I began to pull the sheets off the bed and found numerous bed bugs in the corner of the sheets and under the mattress. I immediately notified the owner and cancelled all other reservations.

I was in my room watching tv 12/21/16 and there was a knock at my door it was the Exterminator. He found bed bugs in the ripped box spring. I knew very little at the time about bed bugs having never been exposed to them. Staff offered to wash my clothes and wanted me to stay the night in the room that night again! I did some research on bed bugs and im furious i went there! I will be following up with my doctor after contacting an exterminator
