My 12 year-old daughter was lying on the bed when I was in the shower. When I came out of the bathroom she complained that there had been a bug on the bed near the pillows and that she had thrown it in the trash. I went and looked and there was a red bug crawling around on a card in the trash can. I immediately google images of bed bugs and that was exactly what it was. I called the front desk and they just told me they were sorry and did not have another room to put me in. They would not put me in another hotel either. They did not seem concerned that someone was reporting a bed bug in their hotel. They never even sent anyone up to look or confirm. It was after midnight but we left that hotel as soon as we could.

The worst day ever. I found out we had bed bugs in our hotel room where my daughter was sleeping, they offered me a new room like I really wanted a new room that is infested with bed bugs. I couldn't get my money back because they said I had to go through the third party that I booked it, then when I contacted Priceline.com they act like they couldn't help me and they could only give me a refund couldn't give me a new hotel room. I was late to my daughter's graduation and we had to find somewhere to go to get her ready until we can get into a new room, this is a horrible Hotel, it is not a three star, it is a point one star because it did have beds but they're infested. There are bedbugs all over the curtains. When you pull back the sheet there was a whole bunch of little bed bugs We did not get bit but the front counter guy was rude and act like my inconvenience was not his problem; the young lady there was very sweet, she should work for a better hotel and the manager did not do nothing but say I can give you your money back.. what about the inconvenience of me having to leave because y'all said It was a three-star hotel and you really was a .01 hotel?
