9/18/2023 When awake with the lights turned on at 12:30 A.M. noticed bedbugs crawling on the pillows and blood on another pillow. We evacuated and returned to gather more stuff from the room. Upon returning we found more bugs and casings under the bed. Management has not been helpful, we have had to go to local stores and buy sprays and bags and quarantine out belongings, we lost our air mattresses and pillows due to the risk of bringing them home. Management has not offered to have our stuff cleaned or heat treated or do anything really, we have spent the last 24 hours washing everything we brought load by load in hot water. The manager in charge (JB) could not "Guarantee us anything" has not offered any discount or refund for all our wasted time and ruined vacation. They claim they filed an insurance claim and that we "should" at least be compensated for a lost or damaged belongings. Our kids have spent the last day and a half sitting in our room while we clean everything, If you want peace of mind for your family don't come here, if you end up with this problem management will not help you.
