My niece stayed in this room. She called me to tell me she had bug bites on her legs. I went to the room and took pictures of the sheets & mattress as well as the bug bites on her legs. I went to the office and reported the problem. They were not at all helpful and told her she would have to leave. They would not accept responsibility for having bed bugs.

stayed at hotel 9/9/17, I woke up the next morning with bites . large itchy bites identified on web as bed bug bites. I showed them to staff and they said they would have an exterminator check the room. I did not feel they were being honest. I asked to have manager call or email me. he did not so i called and he was not in and left a message. when he finally called he said they found nothing. I assured him they were in the room . I asked if I stopped by could I see the report. he hung up on me. I called back and asked his name and he said"Bob Bedbug"I found out he was the owner of the franchise and asked for the corporate number, he refused to give it out.
