Saturday February 13th - so tired, woke up itching, thought it was just a mosquito bite or something. Sooooooo grossed out that we actually slept there... Sunday February 14th - the beasts ate us alive, no guessing as to what was biting us :( We left right away after getting our luggage in big garbage bags and showered. They still haven\\\'t refunded us our Feb 13th stay, won\\\'t pay for our dry cleaning, no other forms of reimbursement offered. Finally got in touch with the Operations Manager for Choice Hotels. Their story is that there haven\\\'t been bedbug complaints before our stay, their housekeepers are trained to check for bedbugs (hah!), and their room inspectors also check for bedbugs (hah!), as well as their pest control company saying they didn\\\'t have bedbugs in that room (HAH!), but they treated it anyway. So, if we tell people about our stay, they might sue us for SLANDER. I didn\\\'t want to hurt their business, if it was just a minor problem they would be able to clean the room, and make my wife and I whole in the transaction (nevermind waking up to that absolute nightmare scenario in the video I linked). But after the insinuation from the Operations Manager that my wife and I must have brought our own bedbugs (none where we stayed before, none since, and look at all the bedbugs! and their poop on the bedskirt) ... We CLEARLY aren\\\'t going to see these people try to address what is obviously an issue. We want to make sure no one else has to go through what we went through, even if it\\\'ll hurt their revenue. People can\\\'t be allowed to get away with spreading bedbugs, it\\\'s horrible.
