A few months ago the unit directly above ours were infested with bed bugs. As a precautionary measure, both their apartment and ours were sprayed. Just two weeks ago they made a return and were then found in our apartment this time, following an itchy and persistent rash on my arms. We informed management who hired someone to come and spray. They sprayed twice and all our clothes and linens were laundered appropriately. Everything seemed fine until last night when we spotted two bugs, one near the bed and one on. This would be the third time. We have a new bed, have already laundered our things and had previously cleaned the room. At this point we are so sick and tired of dealing with this. Management wanted to blame us last time, but we did not bring them in. The building is old, falling apart and not well maintained by any means. It may be time to shut this place down. At the very least we need to move.
